Just Hotel Milano

Very helpful staff. Not a bad breakfast. Good location, very close to the station.

It's very dusty. No sense of cleanliness.

Fairly clean and relaxing place. Great and fab location next to a tube station. Huge, practical units provided with the iron and good WiFi.

The location is very good, especially if you arrive at Milano Centrale station (in our case we went from Bergamo airport to there by bus), we walked to all the places in the city and only took the subway to return from Navigli at night. The staff was very friendly, both at the reception and at breakfast. The very good breakfast, the best I have eaten so far in an Italian hotel. I would totally recommend it for an express trip to Milan as it was our case. In 24h we saw all the points of interest :)

The bathroom amenities were super scarce, only a two-person jar of gel, a hand soap and a shower cap. I don't know if it's the usual or if they forgot something. There is no access ramp to the reception area, so you have to carry your luggage to save 5-6 steps.

Clean place with smart staff members and backyard views. Stunning location in the very quiet area, close enough to multiple different colored metros throughout the city, Milan the main train station and the metro, and close to subway.

The junior suite is brand-new and contemporary. You will find a minibar, climate control and an individual safe. Staff is attentive and particularly helpful and you can park your car on-site. The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, near to also right next to the train central station - couldn't be better. There is Dany Bar Sas nearby for a cup of coffee.

Perfect spot, just a hop from the train station! The room was spacious with a loft design-two bathrooms, very handy! Helping staff stored our bags for free, made our city adventure easy.

But seriously, I thought my bed had a furry pet hidden under the sheets! And don't even get me started on breakfast leftovers-do they serve yesterday's news?

Some staff are very pleasant and always helpful. The location is perfect for me. Close to metro , station. I get cabs to airports. I like to come to augustus on arrival and departure from italy. Thankyou. Lynne Jackson.

Comfortable Stay with Ideal Location

The room featured a huge King bed, perfect for restful nights. Enjoyed the rainfall shower and attentive room service for breakfast. Proximity to Milano Centrale made train travel seamless, but note that AC can get quite chilly. Try the local pastries at nearby cafes!

Location to the central train station.

The front dest staff couldn't have been nicer. I called and said my air conditioner wasn't working properly and the front dest sent a "boy" to my room immediately. This young fellow told me it would take 30 minutes or more to cool my room down. When I told him I'd turned it on 4 hours previously he said "you're lying". I called the front desk to complain and couldn't even talk to them because he was yelling at me. When I went down to the front desk he followed me and started yelling at the front desk clerk too. He seem to be southeast asian/filipino in nationality. Also, the wifi I paid for keep disconnecting. I got another room and although it was smaller, It was satisfactory. But the room "boy" was not a plus for your hotel.
